Welcome to Farneth.net My name is Leonard Farneth. As a Web Developer I owned UsedCar.com and ran it as a successful information site that generated revenue through affiliate links. I sold the name about a year ago and have been idle on the affiliate advertising scene since then.

While I was enjoying a hands free income from UsedCar.com I focused my attention on data tracking for my used car business. I set up a comprehensive relational database that I still use to track and run every aspect of my carlots. The database includes a strong back end that maintains inventory, generates sales contracts, tracks financing information and payment history, as well as placing my inventory on the web with real time updates.

A lot of small dealership web sites use static pages for their inventory. That is better than no web site at all but it doesn't help the dealer with the paperwork. My system handles any number of car lots and any number of employees. The owner can view sales, test drive, and payment activity on any internet enabled computer or cell phone browser in real time. You can see expense data as well as profit information through a password protected site.
